1/13 7th grade- Yesterday we had the Pork Lady come and visit. She talked to us about how Pork comes to us consumers from the farm to our table. She demonstrated a wonderful recipe which is very easy.
Portebello Pork Chops
4 bone in pork rib or loin chops 3/4 inch thick
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 c. chopped Portebello mushrooms
1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. maple syrup
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spoon salsa into a rectangular pan. Arrange chops on top of salsa. Combine Portebello mushroom, cheddar cheese and maple syrup in medium bowl. spoon over chops. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve chops with salsa mixture.
This is very good an ddelisious. Make it for your family if you find the time.
6th grade- we are working on our fashion design packet. Todaay we worked on lables. There are examples of logos, lables and fashion names on my website.
